These terms & Conditions govern participation in the World AI Song Contest (WAI -SC). By Submitting a track, voting, or using this website, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below.
Eligibility
Open to individuals and teams globally
Participants must be 16 years or older or have guardian consent
Entries must be submitted before the deadline
Each participant may submit one track per entry
Submission Guidelines
Track must incorporate AI in a meaningful way.
Accepted formats: MP3, WAV, or hosted audio links
Entries must not contain hateful, illegal, or plagiarized content.
By submitting, you must confirm that you have all necessary rights to your entry.
Intellectual Property
Entrants retain ownership of their submitted content.
WAI -SC is granted the right to publicly display, promote, and share your track for contest and promotional purposes.
Attribution will be given to all creators.
Voting Policy
Each person may vote once per track during the public voting period.
Any attempts to manipulate voting (bots, duplicate emails, fraud) may result in disqualification.
Public votes and expert panel scores are counted separately.
Prizes
Winners will receive the prize packages listed on the Prizes Page.
All decisions made by the judging panel are final.
Prizes are non - transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Payments and Refunds
Entry fees of 25 Euros is non - refundable.
Payments are securely processed through Wix Pay, Stripe or Paypal.
Privacy and Data Use
Personal information is collected solely for contest communication.
Emails may be used to send voting updates and announcements.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Modifications and Updates
WAI -SC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Major updates will be communicated to registered participants.
